Yes you read correctly, we are releasing not one but two new wines! We have listen to all of your comments and suggestions and developed a Sauvignon Blanc and Pink Chardonnay we know you will really LOVE!

The Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing with topical notes, soft acidity and a hint of lime. It is nicely balanced without being too grapefruity or grassy.

The Pink Chardonnay (96% un-oaked Chardonnay and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon) is refreshing and has nice minerality with flavors of green apple and a hint of red berry.

We know you will enjoy them both during the summer season and beyond. The wines will be available in New Jersey mid June and in Upstate New York July 1.

Giving birth to two new wines is no easy task.  A lot of tasting (yes poor us) blending then tweaking to get each formula just right for our fans.

We are proud to announce a new addition to our staff.

Meet Sarah Kulchock.  Sarah has joined our staff as our “Happy Sales Representitive.”  She will be out calling on wine stores and restaurants in the Hudson Valley and Albany markets. In addition she will be the face at many of our tastings. If you know of a place that you want our wine to be placed, let us know and Sarah will be on it.

Not only does Sarah know wine, she knows art and has worked in various art galleries in the Hudson Valley and Western New York.

If Sarah looks a bit familiar and you’ve been wine tasting in the Hudson Valley, you might have seen her in the tasting room at Clinton Vineyards or working the farmers market in Rhinebeck for them.

Knowledgeable in wine and art, we think it’s quite the pairing.

Happy Anniversary to us! Yes, that’s right, it was 2 years ago today on twitter, the tweet that changed our lives and embarked Keryl and I on this wine adventure.

That tweet brought two business acquaintances together to build a brand.  Yes, Keryl and I were just acquaintances through the Chamber. I always dreamed about owning a wine brand and working in the wine industry. I never imagined my dream would come true and being laid off would allow me to follow it. Not just my dream, but Keryl’s dream as well.

The past two years we have had our challenges and have learned lots!  That hasn’t stopped as we learn something every day.

It’s amazing how people come into your life.  You really don’t know why your paths cross and who lead you down that path to begin with.  They say things happen for a reason.  Keryl and I crossed paths or I should say Tweets for a reason.  We aren’t done yet, this is just the beginning.

It’s about time the weather got warmer and it looks and feels more like Spring!

In celebration of a beautiful weekend, start with a Happy Bitch Wine Spring Sensation.  Recipe is compliments of River Grill on the Newburgh Waterfront.

Fill wine glass with ice. Pour in 1oz of citrus vodka (can use melon, strawberry or berry vodka too) Fill glass with Happy Bitch Rose  and top with a little seltzer and add a wedge of lemon and lime.

Hello Boston!  We are coming your way…the wait is over to try our Rose wine. We will be at the Boston Wine Expo, February 16 – 17, 2013.    We are looking forward to introducing you to our wine and story.  To get you started, back in May, Keryl appeared on Fox 25/MyFoxBoston and told our story about the book, the tweet and the wine. Now you will be able to wrap your hands around the glass and taste our wine.  Just visit us in booth 284 for some wine and other exciting things!

Our next stop after the Boston Wine Expo is the New York Wine Expo March 1-3, 2013.  If you stopped by and saw us last year, this year will be just as much fun!  Look for us here at table 532.
